Submission deadlines
Every track we are targeting between now and the end of 2027, on one timeline. Each dot is a submission deadline, with its date beside it. Where a track has a separate abstract deadline, the thin line runs from the abstract to the paper. The faint marks after a deadline are notification and camera-ready; the grey block is the event itself. Every date shown is a published date.
Every date
The same data as a table, including notification and camera-ready dates that the chart only shows on hover. Rows dim once the deadline has passed.
| Deadline | Venue | Track | Status | Notification | Camera-ready | Event |

Dates checked 18 October 2026. Anything tagged projected comes from the previous cycle because the 2027 call is not published yet — confirm on the venue site before planning around it.
IMWUT is a journal with fixed quarterly intake, so it has no notification date on this chart; its 1 August slot takes major-revision resubmissions only, not new submissions. IEEE VR and PacificVis journal tracks and the NFRF-E notice of intent are shown greyed out because they already closed; they are here so the review and revision milestones that follow them stay visible.
DIS runs a Provocations and Works-in-Progress track most years, but it is not in the 2027 call yet, so it is not on the chart.
